“In Search Of Self” Sleeping Beauty is the first of a series of 5 Shamanic offerings that will be rolled out during the course of a year long Shamanic Counselling/healing course. And how has that impacted and shaped the “Self” Sometimes we loose site of who we are and as we loose site of our “Self” we stop nourishing that which makes our spirt, our souls, sing and dance. This Shamanic Counselling offering includes Shamanic healing, involves movement, breath work, deep meditation. A journey accompanied by a Shamanic rattle or drum to a liminal place. There you will be invited to take a deep dive into the cauldron of ancient wisdom, Psychotherapy, myth, fairy-tale, legend and poetry. Accompanied by a knowledge lecture or two and music.

If we work on a 1-2-1 basis a follow up 30 minute call is offered to support anything that has or is unfolding for you. For groups, there will be a follow up group call. Depending on numbers, call duration could be up to 90 minutes.
